Consortium development and new Business Plan for the whole of Reading’s voluntary sector infrastructure needs, for a successful £0.5 million Big Lottery BASIS application. This included consultative meetings with a range of representative VCS and BME forums in Reading and their statutory partners, undertaking a partnership skills audit, developing a robust partnership agreement, and authoring a comprehensive Business Plan.
