Review and Update of the Governance Hub’s online Resource Finder service through NPM Associates. This required intensive research into all sources of literature and online support relating to Governance. The project includes an evaluation on the effectiveness of the existing Resource Finder, a trustee-user needs analysis, and continuing research work to identify and categorise all suitable governance-related resources needed by trustees.
