Approved consultancy to provide a range of projects including a) Grant assessment, and post-award support and monitoring for the Department of Community and Local Government’s Connecting Communities Plus Fund, the Faith Communities Capacity Building Fund, the Tackling Race Inequalities Fund , the Hardship Fund, and the Faith in Action Fund b) Investment Assessment for the £130m top-level Grassroots Programme. Marcus was one of only 2 assessors covering the entire London top-tier region involving the analysis and assessment of detailed and complex applications to run the local Grassroots endowment and grant programmes by Community Foundation and CVSs.
