Successful development of Healthy Living South Kilburn partnership bid to NOF. This included development of partnership agreement, strategic plan and work plan to underpin the Project, and the Financial Modelling, costing and applications for both Stage One and Two, Healthy Living Centre bid ‘Healthy Living South Kilburn’. The partnership comprised four main community provider groups, two social enterprise groups, a wide range of statutory agencies and local residents. The bid was for three work three themes addressing alternatives to repeat prescriptions for people with stress related illness; a food access project and an ‘Across the Ages’ project uniting health issues for both local young and older people.
