Peach Consultancy were commissioned to undertake organisational development with BID. Marcus Ward held the post of Interim Co-Director and worked with the organisation to review all its key strategic and business operations. This included an analysis of its governance, management structure, financial strategy, fundraising strategy, communications and HR policies. Marcus worked with the organisation to deliver agreed shared outputs including a new Strategic Plan and planning process, clarification of long term goals, revision of HR policies and its Staff Manual, and finally the recruitment of an outstanding candidate as permanent Director.
