Research, piloting and production of the new national online Capacity Building Tool for Managing Overheads. The project involved in depth market research and analysis, client need assessment, product development and piloting/testing including work with focus groups and testers, wide scale consultation, background resource analysis and design.
The tool allows CEOs to understand, assess and better manage their back office and support functions such as Finance, HR, governance, IT and training; as well as benchmark their scores against other voluntary sector organisations.
