Commission to research the policy, methods and approaches of major VCS funders to investing in ICT and ICT-related projects. This included surveying the Policy, Criteria and Assessment processes used by c. 100 VCS Funding Organisations to assess their infrastructure investment and grant-making practices in ICT.

The report included a feasibility analysis on the provision of support services by the Hub to funders. Peach Consultancy were subsequently commissioned to produce a Guide To ICT for Funders including factsheets and briefing sheets, and a course outline and business case proposal for a new Funders Training Course.
