Full management of the Finance and IT Function for this national charity, including senior management team membership, management of a multi-disciplinary team of 10 staff + volunteers in Finance, Administration, Payroll, IT and Information Systems working across 3 sites, preparation of cost-centred budgets and accounts for this £6 million turnover organisation, treasury and investment management (£7 million Balance Sheet).
Worked closely with the Chief Executive on new Corporate Planning priorities and timetables, and very successfully with the Head of Fundraising on income generation from fundraising and statutory contracting sources. Responsible for Information Systems Strategy and information management of the charity including successful implementation of a Wide Area Network, and a comprehensive training programme for 150 + staff and volunteers.
