Peach commissioned to contribute to Lloyds Bank Foundation ‘Enhance’ pilot programme

We have been commissioned to work on Lloyds Bank Foundation’s new capacity building pilot programme, called ‘Enhance’, which will provide tailored organisational development support to selected organisations around the UK.

Tender Success for Maidstone CVS – 100% score

Peach were originally commissioned to undertake market research and support Maidstone CVS to produce a feasibility study and options appraisal for a new Tendering Support service.

Peach also supported Maidstone CVS with a Tender to Kent County Council to provide Fall Training. Maidstone CVS won all areas throughout Kent and scored 100% on the criteria!

Voluntary Action Wakefield’s new diagnostic tool designed by Peach Consultancy

Extended support to produce a new capacity building diagnostic tool, “NOVA Assist”, for small voluntary organisations in Wakefield. This included extensive research with local stakeholders, a review of existing tools, design of a new online tool and reporting mechanisms, and analysis of the potential for the tool to be used to start a social enterprise.

NOVA is the new support agency for the voluntary and community sector in Wakefield District. It provides:

  • Online and face to face support for groups and organisations.
  • Nova Assist – An online tool to help you understand and grow your organisation.
  • The Nova Assembly – Creating a stronger voice for the voluntary and community sector.
  • Nova Contracts – providing opportunities for groups and organisations to deliver contracts in the statutory sector.
  • Nova Volunteering – helping groups to recruit and retain volunteers.

Children’s Heart Federation

Facilitation of a trustee and management away day to consider strategic direction and social enterprise oppportunities

The Children’s Heart Federation is dedicated to helping children with congenital or acquired heart disease and their families in Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

It is a parent-led charity consisting of more than twenty organisations, many of which are registered charities whose main aim is the support of families of children with heart conditions.
