Julie is a very skilled consultant providing support with strategic and business development, options analysis and feasibility studies, senior management coaching, organisational re-structuring and governance, financial management health check reviews and internal audit, and IT strategy and implementation planning.

She holds a BSc in Industrial Mathematics from Loughborough, originally worked extensively in banking for JP Morgan, Yorkshire Bank and ITK solutions, and brings skills and ideas learnt in the corporate world and applies them to charities and social enterprises.

Her previous clients include, Rhodes Arts Complex, Dacorum Heritage Trust, Arts Express, Together: Working for Wellbeing, Renaissance East England, Luton Cultural Services Trust, Cambridgeshire County Council, the Military Intelligence Museum and Wells Cathedral School.

Julie is also a former trustee of SMART and the Larches Trust.
