Peach Consultancy were commissioned by Lambeth PCT, on behalf of Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham PCTs, to evaluate the effectiveness of a community based HIV prevention programmes targeting African communities living in South London.  (Subsequently, a similar evaluation was commissioned by Enfield & Haringey PCTs. Both of these programmes have subsequently been guaranteed three year funding.)
