Commission by Bedfordshire’s ChangeUp Consortium, VoluntaryWorks, to undertake extensive consultation and research throughout Bedfordshire’s voluntary sector and support development agencies for the creation of a new Health and Social Care Forum, including liaison with Central Bedfordshire Council, and Bedford Borough Council.

The Report links its findings to the recent establishment of separate voluntary sector Assemblys for Central Bedfordshire and Bedford Borough.
