Values and Strengths
One of the major strengths of the partnership is our practical working knowledge of the voluntary sector, our understanding of the public sector and infrastructure frameworks, and our awareness of the individual culture and sensitivities within which they operate: the partners having both held senior management positions in several national and local charities and worked in extensive partnership with a wide range of statutory and national infrastructure bodies.

We also pride ourselves on the percentage of repeat business, and the number of clients who return to us to undertake additional projects is currently over 80%. We are approved consultants for a wide range of accrediting bodies, and are certified under ISO 9001 quality assurance.

We provide proactive, creative and complementary support to enable hard-pressed managers to achieve their objectives. We favour best practice and effective communication over excessive theory and protocols. We also offer an additional skills base for clients to call upon, with an inclusive style of working...and most importantly of course… we remember that we work for you and to your deadlines!
