Phillip is an outstanding voluntary sector trainer and consultant, focussing on organisational change, governance, and development and team dynamics.

Recent clients include 12 CVSs throughout the East of England, the Norfolk Family Mediation Service (a ChangeUp project), several rural Community Area Partnerships, the Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust and BME organisations in Hertfordshire and Nottinghamshire.  Phillip is teaching 3 courses at the University of Cambridge on the voluntary organisation as a business. Phillip is an NCVO Approved Consultant, a trained Coach, on the Learning and Skills Council Norfolk’s List of Approved Consultancy Suppliers, on the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education’s Panel of Part-Time Tutors, a member of the Management Development Network group of consultants, a course tutor for the Learning and Skills Council and is registered with NACVS’ Trainers and Consultants Direct.

Phillip has worked for over 30 years in the voluntary and community sector, and spent many years working for CSV where he was Regional Director and IT Project Co-ordinator. He is also approved to deliver NVQ Level 3 in Management
