Matthew is an expert consultant in communications, campaigning, media relations, environmental issues and political activism.

Matthew has worked on projects with major charities and companies including Friends of the Earth, EDF Energy, the Prince’s Trust, Fonehouse and Green Alliance.
 
Previously employed posts have included Head of Communications for London Lighthouse, Campaigns Director for BUAV, and several posts at WWF-UK including Head of Press & Campaigns, Communications Director for WWF-International's Global Species Programme and, latterly, Climate Change Campaign Director; Matthew also developed and led the influential Oceans Recovery Campaign.
