Rebecca is a very experienced fundraising and project management consultant.

She originally worked broadly in the public sector, as Head of Community Services and then Head of Community & Leisure Services for Redditch Borough Council, where she managed a wide range of services including the Client management of the Leisure Management Contract, Dual Use Provision and Sports Development, Countryside and Museums Service, Youth and Community Development Services and Grants to Voluntary Organisations.

After moving into the voluntary sector she gained extensive experience of high-level grant assessment, including for Sport England where she led the team that developed the assessment process for the Millennium Youth Games, and produced operational manuals for the Active Sports and Active Communities programmes. She has also worked extensively for the Big Lottery Fund on many programmes including the Living Landmarks Scheme, the Extended Schools and Out of School Hours Learning Programme, the School PE and Sport Programme, the Palliative Care Programme, and the Healthy Living Centre (HLC).

Rebecca has undertaken consultancy projects with a wide range of voluntary sector organisations, and is also part of a small team managing a £15million lottery grant awarded to Age Concern England for developing a programme of activities and programmes aimed at increasing healthy eating and physical activities for older people.
