Eaves

A Peach Consultancy partner was employed as the Interim Operations Director for Eaves during 2011, working in areas such as strategic planning, governance, fundraising, restructuring, HR, and office management.

Eaves is a London-based charity that provides high quality support and housing to vulnerable women. It also carries out research, and provides advocacy and campaigns to prevent all forms of violence against women.

The Poppy Project was set up in 2003 and is independently funded to provide accommodation and support to women who have been trafficked into any form of exploitation. The Poppy Outreach Service works to improve the safety and wellbeing of women in England and Wales who have been trafficked and who are in need of short-term support and advocacy.

The Scarlet Centre provides advice and drop-in support to women who are affected by Domestic violence, rape or sexual abuse; Homelessness; Prostitution; Mental health and/or substance misuse problems.

The Amina scheme is a peer support scheme for women who have experienced rape, sexual assault or sexual abuse at anytime in their history.

Lilith R&D works to eliminate all aspects of violence against women. It has a wide remit and its work ranges from research into various aspects of violence against women, to training and education for the women’s sector, to lobbying for legislative change and to working directly with women who have experienced sexual violence.

Asia House

Peach Consultancy has supported Asia House with tailored strategic business direction and planning advice.

Asia house, is the leading pan-Asian organisation in the UK, and exists to build dynamic links with Asia. By providing unique insights into culture, policy, business and education, Asia House promotes informed understanding and the mutual exchange of ideas, building stronger relationships between the diverse communities of Europe and Asia.

Interlink Foundation

Peach Consultancy has supported Interlink with community capacity building, a range of PQQs and ITTs, as well as with major fundraising applications.

Interlink’s mission is to strengthen Orthodox Jewish community infrastructure, improving access to services and achieving better outcomes for disadvantaged people.

Its goals are to help community organisations gain new skills and access to resources, and to work in partnership with public bodies to tackle inequalities.

Surrey Association for Visual Impairment

We have completed a thorough review of SAVI’s legacy fundraising strategy, including a review of printed and online materials text and design; and analysis of their existing strategy with recommendations and options for the future.

SAVI provide an extensive range of services for blind and visually impaired people living in Surrey.

Bromley MIND

We have just completed a brand awareness and marketing strategy for Bromley MIND.

The project was designed to establish a baseline for how Bromley Mind are perceived’; identify key messages for key target groups not currently being engaged, work with management and staff to embed change and present options for improving brand awareness and customer experience.
